Boundaries

We can have appropriate boundaries & be giving & loving without sacrificing our own value. We can say no without feeling guilt or shame & continue to still shine light & serve those around us. Boundaries truly are representative of self-love & a healthy way to live. Identifying & embracing our self-value & healthy boundaries is a priority for each of us. You deserve to protect & nurture your energy & space. Burn any bridges that threaten your value. We do have to remember, we can still experience sadness, grief, anxiety, anger, and other strong emotions while doing what is best for ourselves, while practicing self-love, acknowledging our value, & maintaining boundaries. One doesn’t negate the other. They coexist. Sometimes that’s the hardest part!! *adapted from an amazing friend who exhibits such great strength and self-awareness.
